Return Eligibility

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by all original tags

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us promptly if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive an incorrect item

  • Your package is missing items

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges May Be Granted Under the Following Circumstances

  • A defective or damaged item was received.

  • An incorrect item was shipped due to a fulfillment error.

  • Payment was made for an item that was later determined to be out of stock.

  • A package was misplaced while in our possession.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by all original tags

Exchange Timeframe

For the fastest exchange service:

  • Orders delivered within Ghana must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Orders delivered outside Ghana must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after the applicable exchange period may not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Items that do not meet the conditions outlined above will not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
